“I am the mother of four great kids, ages 5-20. I teach dance and preschool and I am active as a volunteer for a non-profit organization and my church. I love to feed my family good healthy meals but I do not love to cook. I develped a new freezer to crock pot meal planning system and I have a blog at www.fullofcrock.wordpress.com and I am writing a book about the plan.
